Before you subscribe, you must first agree to the following terms:

This offer is valid at over 5,500 resorts worldwide with over 300,000 weeks available. This is a unlimited use membership to The Travel Lion Luxury Resort Condo destinations. This is not per person, but for the whole family. This offer is valid for up to 6 people in a Luxury Resort Condo. Airfare not included, Travel anytime, subject to availability. Reservations are preferred within 30 days of travel date to receive the best rates. Some resorts require additional fees which are set by the individual resorts and are the responsibility of the guest. These may include security and phone deposits, which are refundable upon check-out provided there are no damages, cleaning, or phone fees. Resorts in some areas require payment of sales and/or tourism taxes. Payment of these taxes is the responsibility of the guest. No pets will be allowed under any circumstances. You may be evicted or denied occupancy! You must be 25 years of age or over, or be with a legal guardian, to occupy your unit. Only the designated maximum number of occupants will be allowed into the resort accommodations, unless special permission is given by the resort.

Guests will be subject to all rules and regulations posted by the host resort. All confirmations are final. Resort bookings are non-cancelable= and non-refundable. Guests arriving at their resort outside the normal hours of operation must contact the resort for any special instructions regarding check-in. It is the guest's responsibility to reconfirm their accommodations 48 hours prior to arrival. Rates tend to increase the further out the reservation is made. Valid on date of purchase. (Service fee billed annually) No extensions allowed. Only one membership is permitted per person. Additional memberships can be purchased as gifts only. No cash value on any vouchers enclosed or accompanying this membership. The Travel Lion and its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting in conjunction with this membership. Not valid with any other promotion.

User Contract

Subscriber hereby agrees that they are purchasing a The Travel Lion Membership, which enables Subscriber access to The Travel Lion's wholesale private membership travel portal. The terms of this The Travel Lion Membership Agreement are as follows:

Membership Term: The term of The Travel Lion Membership and Agreement shall be valid from set up date and shall never expire.

Membership Dues: Membership shall remain active providing that Subscriber remits, when due, the annual membership maintenance fee of $99.00. The maintenance fee covers a new member book every year, ongoing maintenance to the site, additional travel offers, newsletter, and private concierge travel service.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriber hereby authorizes The Travel Lion to automatically charge the annual membership maintenance fee of $99.00 to the credit card provided herein. Subscriber understands that if the credit card payment is declined for any reason that their membership may be suspended. Should subscription to program lapse, Subscriber may be required to pay a re-instatement fee of 20% (of paid total) in order to reinstate membership.

Terms and Conditions

This Agreement between you, the "Subscriber(s)", and The Travel Lion, herein referred to as the "Travel Lion", shall be governed by the following Terms and Conditions. TheTravelLion.com (Travel Lion) and/or website, and any Travel Lion materials, collectively known as "Travel Lion Service", are provided to Subscriber under a licensing agreement with The Travel Lion. In addition to the Terms and Conditions contained herein, use of Program websites, links or providers may be subject to additional terms and conditions as indicated by The Travel Lion and or its travel partners and providers.

The Travel Lion does not assume any responsibility for any verbal agreements between you and any provider/ sponsor or representative. All representations other than those contained in Travel Lion Service collateral materials must be in writing and authorized Travel Lion.

The Travel Lion affords members access to sub-wholesale rates on Travel Lion Member Resorts. As a Member courtesy, Members also have access to cruises, all inclusive and other travel that may be discounted, but not guaranteed to be sub-wholesale.

By entering into this subscription agreement, subscriber is granted a limited license to utilize the Travel Lion Service as may be provided and subject to the terms and conditions as contained herein, as may be found on The Travel Lion's website, program materials, or as may be provided by Travel Lion, from time to time. Travel Lion reserves the right to change the terms & conditions associated with the use of the Travel Lion Service at any time without notice.

Subscriber is only entitled to one "Travel Lion" membership per household. Subscriber agrees to an annual maintenance fee of $99. This fee covers member services, annual member package, newsletter, site maintenance, etc.

It is understood by Subscriber that in order to maintain the "active" membership status, Subscriber must continue to pay the annual maintenance fee. Failure to do so shall cause Travel Lion to revoke the limited license agreement with said Subscriber, and Travel Lion will have no further obligation to Subscriber. If Subscriber's membership lapses, they can reinstate for a fee of 20% of paid sign up fee.

Travel Lion acts as a facilitator for a variety of travel providers and offers, and is not responsible in any way for false offers, cancellation fees, issues of any kind caused by travel, delays, naturally disasters, correct representation of offers, and misprints of pricing. Subscriber understands it is using The Travel Lion's Service and their own risk, and in agreeing to become a subscriber, will hold indemnify and hold harmless Travel Lion against all any claims, out of pocket expense, or any type of loss suffered arising from the use of travel service providers of Travel Lion Services, and any travel services utilized on the website.

Misuse of Travel Lion Services by Subscriber is cause for immediate cancellation of the limited license to utilize the website. Examples of misuse include but are not limited to, reselling travel to a third party. Providing access to any one other than Subscribing member.

The Travel Lion is a California based company. The parties consent, agree and stipulate that: (i) this Agreement shall be deemed fully executed and performed in the State of California and shall be governed in all respects by, and construed in accordance with the laws thereof without giving special effect to the principals of conflict of laws and; (ii) In the event of a dispute arising between the parties resulting from this Agreement, the parties agree to submit that dispute to mandatory binding arbitration in California, at a location determined by The Travel Lion.

Refund Policy - Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees to that initial membership fee is deemed earned and the full responsibility of The Travel Lion is realized after the initial set up process. Subscriber further agrees to waive their rights to disputing the initial membership fee charges at any time. Both parties agree to any State mandated rescission periods if any. Subscriber agrees to and understands that the $99 annual fee covers the membership services & access to travel inventory.

Refund Policy - Travel Costs: Subscriber understands and agrees that due to the nature and pricing of the vast majority of travel inventory on site that travel booked is non-refundable. The Travel Lion will make every attempt to assist subscriber in a refund or credit if possible, but in most cases travel is non-refundable and non-changeable. Subscriber agrees to waive rights to dispute charges for travel costs they agree to by selecting travel product on the website, or by contacting a customer service agent.

Automatic Renewal: Travel Lion shall provide Subscriber with a written notice of automatic renewal of annual membership maintenance fees thirty days (30-days) prior to the membership renewal date. In the event that Subscriber does not wish to renew their membership, then Subscriber must notify The Travel Lion in writing of Subscriber's option to terminate the Subscription Agreement thirty days (30-days) prior to the membership renewal date. Requests for cancellations must be post marked at least 7-days prior to the Subscriber's annual renewal date. In the event that Subscriber fails to notify The Travel Lion of the election under this Agreement, then The Travel Lion shall automatically renew the annual membership maintenance dues on the established annual renewal date, which shall be annually one (1) year from the date of membership activation. Should Subscriber fail to notify The Travel Lion of request for cancellation due to reasons including death, physical or mental incapacity, an act of War or War disrupting commerce and communications, an Act of Congress or legislation prohibiting the matters to be carried out under this Agreement, and an Act of God, then Subscriber shall not be held to have elected renewal of the original Subscription Agreement. Prior to exercising the foregoing exceptions, Subscriber shall provide The Travel Lion in writing of the event or contingency giving rise to the exception. This written notice to The Travel Lion shall be forwarded no later than thirty (30)-days after the expiration of the term of the original Subscription Agreement.
